I’m just surfing the news and learn more about the Texas Senate Race (Talarico, D vs Paxton, R) and someone pointed out that the Texas state could rig that election in favor of Paxton (beyond gerrymandering and the SAVE Act or something similar). Someone else also pointed out that Elon Musk had close ties with Ken Paxton and lived in Texas. I looked everywhere for an answer to this- is there a way that states can rig their senate elections? I’d imagine it must have been done before, or some state even considered it. via /r/allthequestions https://ift.tt/JzsBr7w

I’m just surfing the news and learn more about the Texas Senate Race (Talarico, D vs Paxton, R) and someone pointed out that the Texas state could rig that election in favor of Paxton (beyond gerrymandering and the SAVE Act or something similar).
