California law question.So the jury in Elon Musk's case against Sam Altman and OpenAI apparently found that the statute of limitations had run on Musk's claims. Can anyone elaborate on these findings? In particular, wouldn't a defense based on the SOL be disposed of in a motion to dismiss, or a motion for summary judgment? Why did that question go to the jury in the first place?
