Instagram got hacked and now I'm paranoid. I took some minor steps but what else can I do?

I was a dumbass. My Instagram sent messages to all my contacts, made a story and made a post that was a photo of Elon musk X account or something.... I think it stemmed from my MacBook.I removed all messages, changed my insta, Google, Reddit and Facebook password,made the 2 time verification thing, checked the login activity,ran AVG and bitdefender virus scanner,removed all my saved passwords from Google. What else can I do? My Mac says there is no virus and that my mail isn't pawned. I also heard Mac can only get browser malware, idk how true it is. via /r/antivirus https://ift.tt/uRm58NB
